The public will be invited to vote for their favorite dishes served at the event. The winner will be awarded a certificate honoring them for the culinary abilities and featured in news articles and publicity following the event. Each participating restaurant or caterer may determine its own menu for Literary Tastes, but it is the hope of the Literary Tastes committee that you will provide the "specialty of the house." To allow for best placement of booths and allow time to print a brochure, the committee must know by July 7, 2008, what each participant is preparing. More information may be found at the Athens-Limestone Public Library website, www.athenslimestone.lib.al.us.
