Please Read Carefully
If you'd like to submit a non-profit community event for announcement on the on-air version or website version of the Valley Calendar, please send an email in paragraph form with all relevant information to
calendar@wvnn.com.
FILE ATTACHMENTS (.DOC, .PDF, etc) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All material will be screened, and submission alone does not guarantee approval or inclusion. Please submit information at least two weeks in advance of the event for the best chance of inclusion.

The WVNN Valley Calendar (on-air and online) is a community service of WVNN-AM/FM intended to serve the cities of Athens, Alabama (WVNN city of license) and Trinity, Alabama (WVNN-FM city of license), and the larger Huntsville/Decatur Combined Statistical Area. Events are posted as submitted. Event inclusion does not necessarily imply or infer endorsement by Cumulus Media, WVNN-AM/FM, its management, or its employees.
Bill Kling Town Meetings
Huntsville City Councilman, Bill Kling will hold a "Town Meeting" on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room A at the Huntsville Public Library on Monroe Street. Councilman Kling wants to hear your ideas on how to improve city government!
